A sunflower always faces the sun. Hydragendas make glorious large clusters of flowers. Pansies have faces and daisies are my favorite flower for their simplicity and spirit.
For subject matter, I often turn to nature, especially flowers, seed pods and trees.
Trees, flowers, gardens and the outdoors stimulate my brain and senses. Scientists have studied the human-flower relationship and found they bring happiness, mood elevation and connections to humans.

To the careful observer, each season contains its own joy and character from brillant light and flowers in of sprint and summer to the rusty, earthy colors of autumn and the stark contrasts of winter.
