In Canada, they know snow. The national park visitors at the La Maurice National Park in Quebec are using their snowshoes to make huge patterns in the snow.
The “massive snowshoe-imprinted works of art called snow tags,” according to this article on Accuweather.com
In case you didn’t know it — there is also a British “snow artist” named Simon Beck, who quit his day job to make art in the frozen medium. There’s a book of his beautiful snow images available on his Snowart.gallery website and there’s a gallery of images of him at work, and of his artwork, on The Salt Lake Tribune website.
